If the homeowner picks you to meet, you pay an introduction fee, and we send their contact details and help set up the visit. Quotes that aren't picked cost nothing.

Written down, so nobody argues later
The fee is 2.5% of the price you quoted, never of the final job price. A range uses its middle. Fees are rounded to the nearest dollar.
Each project goes to a few local companies. The homeowner picks 1 or 2 to meet.
When you're picked, you get a payment link for the exact fee. Pay within 24 hours and we send the homeowner's contact details and help set up the visit. Otherwise the slot goes to the homeowner's next pick.
If the homeowner doesn't answer you within 3 business days, your next introduction is free.
Losing the job on price or schedule. The fee pays for the introduction, not the win.
If a homeowner we sent you hires you for that project within 12 months, the fee applies, even if they contact you directly.
